That is utter misinformation, and the kind of rhetoric that 
sparks the very thing that people are discussing in this thread.

But I expect nobody will point that out to you, except me.

And btw, the issue I discussed in DIP ideas, in a thread that 
**I** created specifically to discuss that idea (not to have 
people tell me I shouldn't discuss it), has been raised by many 
people (i.e different people) over many years, including DIP22 
draft from over a decade ago by someone who is NOT me.

So people that really don't like this idea of a class having a 
private member, will attack people who raise it, as always, and 
make all kinds of accusation in order to ensure it never succeeds.

So it's those kind of tactics that one (who supports this idea) 
has to contend with.

In the DIP idea thread that I created, nobody called out the 
person that inserted themself to call people who like oop 
oop..hiles.... not a single person in that thread called that 
out... it just passed as it if it never occurred. That same 
person, does the exact same thing everytime this topic is raised. 
But nobody will call that person out, right?

And how do we know that this post is not from that same person .. 
intentionally trying to insert insults into a discussion. Who 
will call that person out? Not Mike, that's for sure.
