I was a little worried that having these things as too detailed 
would use up too many tokens. Maybe size of skills depends on the 
capability of the model you're using.

I ultimately did something similar. I ultimately asked ChatGPT to 
do a first pass and then passed that to GPT-6 Astra to give its 
opinion with an eye toward not using too many tokens.

and I think mostly in line with what I am currently working with.
