[dmd-beta] Are there any known blockers preventing a release?

Bug 3740 prevented a release. It was fixed in svn 356.
Are there any other must-fix bugs left?

One possible blocker is the wrong-code regression
3667: Regression(D2 only): broken out(result) in contracts
But since it is D2 only, and went unreported for 3 months after being
introduced, it could possibly wait until the next release.

The only other possible blocker I know of is:
3679 template forward reference regression
It applies to D1 as well, but it's been around for 6 releases now.

I think it may be time for a release candidate.
