D1 changelog formatting is wrong, also has the wrong release date.
Actually, in the spec or changelog, could you put a comment about how
passing the result of a function call cannot be passed as a ref
argument, so that bug 3167 can be closed? It's one of the most
important D1 bugs marked as 'regression'.
