[dmd-beta] New D2 2.057 beta

Sorry for the ridiculous number of messages.  I keep thinking I'm going to
go do something other than work on this bug, and then having new insights.
I've figured out that the SciD issues are definitely NOT issues with
2.057.  SciD was actually inadvertently relying on a bug that got FIXED.
I'm go for a release.
