[ENet-discuss] eNet DLL or OCX?

There shouldn't be any need for a Windows "port". The included enet.dsp
file should let you build it in Microsoft Visual Studio, and the unix
build system also works just fine via MinGW/MSYS. There is also a note
on how to build a DLL with the VS project file in the install section of
the docs.
