Sure.  Got it installed now created mysql database with script.   
Edited relaydelay.conf with username and password and db stuff.  Run  
relaydelay.sh from terminal seems as if all is ok.  See this on screen  
but it looks as if all is well:

Now how do I manually whitelist email addresses?
