These are both on my todo list. I just haven't gotten around to working 
on MudWalker lately.

   1. Delete the weird code.
   2. Type an apostrophe ( ' ).
   3. Press Control-Q.
   4. Press F1.

Yes, this is messy. I do plan to fix it.

Yes. I plan to change the key-macro system to run scripts instead of 
single commands.
