[MudWalker] MudWalker mailing list has moved

The MudWalker mailing list has moved.

The new address for posting is mudwalker at cubik.org.

I believe most of the list and subscription data has been copied, but  
it was partly done by hand, so if there are any problems, please let  
me know. Your subscription password will be different, so you'll need  
to use the password reminder option in order to change options or  
unsubscribe.
