[MudWalker] timers?

Howdy can I have a trigger that starts when I want it
too then goes off every two mins after that until
something happens then stops?

it should stop on the message 'battle over.' 
repeats 'use wilder yell' 
message to start the repeat timer 'You decide to try a
combat maneuver!'
