Mikola Lysenko is the only one I can think of offhand, as Tango's Fiber 
implementation is based on his StackThreads.  Steve S. may be listed as 
a contributor for the Thread code as well.

As the author of this code, I've long since given my permission.  I 
believe that's all that's necessary.
