Because negative advertising doesn't work, it is negative and 
will be perceived as whining.

Demonstrate what you are good at, but show your own merits.

Demonstrating feature parity with C++ would be good of course, so 
go for it when you are ready, but bragging about string 
concatenation won't win over any C++ programmer that needs what 
C++ is good for. It isn't something most C++ programmers care 
about.
